Our much-loved House System supports with the strong sense of Community within Thakeham Primary School. Throughout the year, we engage in many cross-house activities and competitions. Every week, on a Friday, the House Captains report to the whole school in assembly and the Community received an update on the current best-performing house.
Our pupils love it! It provides for an excellent way to build a sense of belonging, ambition and excitement.
We award housepoints as part of our behaviour system. Pupils also accrue points through the year by attending events and competitions.
Our houses are mixed with pupils from all year groups.
